At Just DSL, we make sure everything is easy and simple!
Not satisfied with what you received? No problem, you can return it within 15 days of purchase by simply following the steps below.
Fill out the form below after reading the return policy. One of our associates will contact you to provide an update regarding your request.
Place the products and the purchase receipt in the same box to return them to us.
Go to the nearest ACS Courier or Box Now store and send us your order. Then, notify us by email at [email protected] with the shipment number.
The credit voucher code will be sent to you by email after receiving your package. Enter it in the designated field at the final step of placing your new order.

The total value of the products in your new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the credit voucher. Otherwise, the credit voucher will not be applied successfully and the amount will not be deducted from your new order.

Deselia Enterprises Ltd is committed to protecting your personal and confidential information during the product return process. The personal data you provide for returns is collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Law (GDPR) and is used solely for managing the return and communicating with you.

Επιστρέφεις τα προϊόντα σου παραδίδοντας το πακέτο σου στο τοπικό κατάστημα και αναφέρεις πως η χρέωση είναι του παραλήπτη. Δεν θα πληρώσεις κάποιο ποσό εκείνη την στιγμή και θα αφαιρέσουμε το ποσό των 3€ για το κόστος μεταφορικών από το πιστωτικό κουπόνι της επόμενης σου παραγγελίας.
In the event that you choose to use any other courier service of your choice, you will be fully responsible for the shipping costs.
Greece:
For product returns from Greece, you may either use Box Now with a shipping cost of €16, or any other courier company of your choice at your own expense.
If the order was placed from abroad, you can return it to us at your own expense.
Provided the above conditions are met, we will proceed immediately with exchanging it for another product after receiving and inspecting the package.
At this point, we would like to inform you that any product exchange or replacement will take place only after the returned product has passed our quality control stage to ensure that it is in its original condition and with its special tags. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. You must send back the product without delay and no later than 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- The products must be in perfect condition, complete and undamaged, as you received them, and the special tags must not be removed (including clothing tags and their plastic coverings for Clothes & Accessories) and they must be in their original packaging, so they can be safely transported and any damage is avoided.
- No refunds are issued.
- Returns will only be accepted upon company approval. The company is not responsible for any damage or wear to the products after use and is under no obligation to replace them under any circumstances.
- For the exchange of merchandise, the value indicated on the purchase receipt or the current selling price will be taken into account, depending on the case.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for the following items: underwear, swimsuits (if the hygiene sticker has been removed), socks, earrings, accessories, towels, personal items, and related products.
- If a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company is obligated to return the package to the customer or contact the customer to resolve the issue.
- In cases where, due to proven fault on our part, products were delivered in a different design or size than ordered, or if there is a defect, you can return the products at no cost.
