All products displayed on our e-shop are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case a product is out of stock.
Payment Methods
You can complete your order easily and securely using your credit or debit card. The following cards are accepted MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Revolut, American Express (Amex), JCB και UnionPay (China UnionPay).

Shipping & Shipping Costs
Orders are shipped throughout Greece and Cyprus via partnered courier companies (ACS, Box Now).
Cyprus:
ACS Courier: Pick-up from ACS store / Smart Point Locker: €3

Home delivery: €5
Delivery time: usually 2–4 business days
Box Now: 2€
Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Greece:
Box Now: 8€
Delivery time: usually 3–4 business days
Returns & Exchanges
- The cost of return is borne by the customer.
- After the inspection of the products, a credit voucher of equal value will be issued for use on a future order.
- There is a shipping charge for completing a new order:
Returns & Exchanges for Cyprus:
– €5 for ACS Couriers and €4 for Box Now.
Returns & Exchanges for Greece:
- 16€ for Box Now
Order changes can be made through the corresponding form on the e-shop.
Non-acceptable returns:
- Used or damaged products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sealed products that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
